Products and phone-model selection
We sell phone cases for the models listed on each product page. Please choose your exact phone model and check your selection before ordering. Compatibility, price and availability depend on the selected variant. Product descriptions form part of your order. Lifestyle photographs may show a representative phone model; camera openings and fit vary by the model you select. Colours may appear slightly different on different screens, but your rights if goods are not as described remain unaffected.
Prices and payment
Prices and checkout totals are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). We currently do not add VAT at checkout. UK delivery is free. The final total is shown before you place your order. Payment is processed through the payment methods offered at our Shopify checkout. Do not send card or bank details by email or social-media message.
Your order
Please check the product, selected phone model, quantity, email and delivery address before submitting your order. We will send an order confirmation by email when your order is accepted. If we cannot supply an item or identify an error, we will contact you; we will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund any payment collected for it.
Delivery
We deliver only to addresses in the United Kingdom. Our Shipping policy explains free delivery, delivery arrangements and how to report a problem. Unless another delivery period is expressly agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. We remain responsible until you or your nominated recipient receives the goods.
Cancellation, returns and faults
You may cancel an online order without giving a reason within the statutory 14-day period after delivery and return it within a further 14 days after notifying us. Customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Our Return and refund policy explains the process, refund timing and optional cancellation form. These terms do not limit statutory rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how customer information is used to process payments, fulfil orders and provide support. Marketing consent is separate from placing an order.
Questions and complaints
Email info@cherrytreeplace.com with your order number where available and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve it. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts any liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, or prevents you using the protections and courts available under applicable consumer law.
Policy updates
The terms provided when you place your order apply to that order. Later policy changes do not reduce your rights under an existing order.
