Where we deliver
Cherry Tree Place delivers phone cases to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not accept delivery orders to other countries.

Free UK delivery
Delivery is free on all eligible UK orders. There is no minimum spend and no delivery charge at checkout.

Delivery arrangements
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address when ordering. We do not advertise a guaranteed delivery date. Unless a different delivery period is expressly agreed with you, we will deliver your order without undue delay and within 30 days of the contract being made. This is the statutory delivery limit, not an estimated delivery time.

Delayed, missing or damaged orders
If your order does not arrive, is damaged, or is delivered incorrectly, contact info@cherrytreeplace.com with your order number. Cherry Tree Place remains responsible for the goods until you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives them. Your statutory rights relating to delivery, cancellation and refunds are unaffected.

Returns
Please see our Return and refund policy for cancellation and return arrangements. Delivery to you is free; customers pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods.
